The Aloft Hospitality Desk is located in the Main Lobby.

Check-out of your hotel room and pay any incidentals you may have incurred. The hotel will store your luggage until departure for the arena.

Please meet in the lobby of your hotel to board motorcoach transportation to Quicken Loans Arena. Please allow time to collect your luggage from bell storage and bring it to the motorcoach. Luggage will be stored on motorcoaches during the game.
